Since every client is unique in their needs for a portrait session, we split the investment into two parts: the session fee and the purchase of your finished images. The session fee is due upfront to book the session. Then, during your private ordering appointment, you purchase the image collection and products that you desire. This means you are free to fall in love with your images and invest in your favorites to enjoy forever.

Yes! We want it to be as easy as possible for you to go home with exactly what you love. Our studio offers pre-payment plans before your portrait session to help you balance your investment across a period of time. We are also happy to accept your check or credit card in any combination that works for you.

Of course. Your ordering appointment happens within a few days of your portrait session and that's when you will view your images for the first time and decide what you want to purchase.

Yes! Every image you decide to purchase will be fully retouched to be sure you and anyone else in your session looks great. Our standard retouching for desk sized prints and albums includes smoothing skin, softening facial lines, taming obvious stray hairs, and removing acne and blemishes. We are happy to do minor body contouring (slim arms, de-emphasize a double chin, correct bumps and lumps that we all get in certain poses).

Images purchased as framed art for the walls of your home or office receive our Master Art Retouching. This goes beyond our standard retouching to be certain that when your images are large and beautifully on display, every pore, hair, and eyelash is perfect while maintaining natural skin and hair texture.

Our studio believes in authenticity balanced with helping you feel fabulous about how you look. Extensive alterations to body shape or size may be done at an additional per-image cost. The studio reserves the right to decline to implement retouching requests which dramatically change a person's appearance. If you have questions about what we would and would not retouch, book a call to talk it through!

Absolutely! There's a lot on your plate on portrait day, and our goal is to make the process as easy and stress free as possible. One way we do that is by starting your session with complimentary professional hair and makeup with our talented team. Our makeup artists can do camera ready looks from very soft and natural to full glam on all skin tones. Everything happens at the studio so all you need to do is show up excited for your session, and we will take care of the rest!

Yes! I know it can be a lot of work to figure out how to dress everyone for the perfect portrait, and I want you to remember how much fun you had, not how much work it was to get ready. Designing your session wardrobe is the fun part of your In Home Style and Design Consultation!

Together we will literally "shop your closets" for the perfect outfits for you and everyone else participating in your session. I find that most of the time it is not necessary to spend a lot of money on new clothing for your portraits. Most people have brilliant choices available but maybe just need a little guidance and confirmation about their options.

In the rare instance you do need to go shopping (or just want to!), the process of shopping the closet together gives me the opportunity to compile a color palette and style tips for each member of your session. Instead of heading out with the dread of "I have to find clothes for everyone and I don't know where to start", you'll have a concise set of colors and items to look for. You can then go shopping armed with the confidence that what you choose is going to look great.

While the wardrobe design is a key component of this appointment, there is much more to cover. Creating your dream portraits does not happen by chance. They come from having built rapport before the session, and a deep understanding of your vision and goals. Insight into your decorating style and where in your home you would like to enjoy your portraits is key to a finished design that looks beautifully at home in your home. Your wall art is designed from start to finish including knowing exactly what size piece or collection of pieces will best compliment your space. You'll have a chance to see and touch some of our favorite products, and we'll finalize the timeline for your portrait day.

Don't stress over your home, kids, pets, or the state of your teenagers' closet! I promise I have seen it all from the most modest, well lived in homes, to the most perfectly designed and color coordinated closets. Your home is your personal space, and I'm honored to be there. I love all pets, and respectfully ask that if your dog is a jumper or nipper, please have them secured ahead of your appointment.

I encourage kids to come and tell me a little about themselves. Being a familiar face when they walk in the studio on portrait day can make all the difference in willingness to participate in the session.

Posing everyone and finding their authentic expression is my specialty! You can relax and let me guide you every step of the way. We'll work through a variety of poses and groupings to help everyone's personality shine. We'll also coach you through hand positions and a range of facial expressions from soft and serious to laughing and having a great time. Along the way, we will capture images that showcase the things you love most about yourself and the important people in your session.

Tina Caron Portraits & Fine Art is located in the Tara Village Shopping Center on Cheek-Sparger Road in Colleyville, Texas. Black Friday Sale sessions will be scheduled in the studio on non-holiday weekdays.

Have a different scheduling need such as a weekend or the day before or after a major holiday? Prefer an outdoor or on-location session, or in combination with studio time? These premium dates are in high demand, and may be available to bookings made through the Black Friday sale with a minimum pre-purchase. We are happy to accommodate non-studio sessions in a similar manner. Book a call if you would like to snag these savings, but are looking for something outside the parameters of the sale.

I believe first and foremost that your beautifully crafted portraits deserve to live outside of your phone. Image collections are delivered in gorgeous folio boxes with window lids to display your favorite from your session, and change it out as you desire. Many clients love the contemporary lay flat album and proudly display them on their coffee tables or bookshelves. And of course custom designed framed wall art is a very popular choice. The matching digital file is complimentary with every image you purchase in print.

Of course! I know you're going to want to share these beauties on social media, and have them on your phone to brag about. Every image you purchase in print comes with it's matching high resolution digital file.

I am happy to accommodate a newborn session with a minimum pre-purchase. Capturing that fresh newborn look has a short window of opportunity, typically 7-14 days after birth. I have done beautiful newborn sessions with babies as old as 4 weeks with the understanding that they may not tolerate some of the poses younger babies are able to do. Of course, we can do a session with a baby of any age with adjusted expectations for the range of poses and parent involvement needed. Please book at least 3-4 weeks ahead of your due date (longer if possible) for the best chance of availability in the 7-14 day timeframe.
